(Work still to be done: Tighten edit; Completely replace sound. i.e. soldiers shouting, girl crying, gunfire, tank engine, explosion, Peter McMullen's breathing, dialogue replacement, atmos, foley, footsteps etc. Touch up a few frames i.e. marks on lens, add smoke, remove unwanted buildings, add return gunfire flashes & Grade all footage.)

Chris Cunningham's first music promo - Autechre - Second Bad Vibel
My first music promo as Lighting Cameraman, after finishing Dark Summer, was with Chris Cunningham, who afterwards went on to direct video's for Madonna - Frozen, Björk - All is Full of Love and Portishead - Only You, among the many. The promo was shot in three locations, an underpass in Old Street roundabout, a studio near the production company and a beach shoot.Redcliffe School Promotional Video
The whole script and idea came from the children at Redcliffe School, who also starred in the video. I was Director, Lighting Cameraman, Editor as well as Photographer of all the photos. I’ve worked for this school in South West London for over six years, doing both all their photography and multi-camera videos of all their plays and musicals.First Holy Communion
I have filmed many FHC ceremonies, plays and musicals, using multiple HD cameras, the above example used four cameras, three locked off and one roving from the balcony, to produce a truly special memory of the occasion,
The Changeling directed by Marcus Thompson
I came aboard this film when it was still in the script stage and was original down as Co-Producer, having financed the original 65mm trailer which was used to raise further finance. By the time the shoot started, I was working on my own projects but I joined Marcus as Second Unit Director/Cameraman for part of the scenes shot in Spain. When the film was completed I agreed to release the film theatricality in the UK through my Company, United Independent Pictures Ltd. (UIP Ltd.), after which I place the film with Mel Gibson’s distribution company Icon Entertainment International.

Again I was working on my own projects during most of the making but helped where I could and I'm credited as Associate Producer!
Edmund Dehn’s Showreel
After making two features film of my own and being involved in many more, I like to think I know what cast agents/directors and producers are looking for in a showreel. Usually coming from multiple formats, I’m able to transfer more footage ready for editing and with the actors input, edit a rough draft ready for approval and changes, ending up with a showreel you can be proud of. Honda Pan European Rally 1991
Lighting Cameraman and Assistant Editor on Honda Pan European Rally, shot over two, full on, weeks, lots of which entailed me riding pillion, shooting either off the motor cycle while travelling at 70mph or with my riding travelling a lot faster than the main rally, so I could find a great spot to jump off and shoot the rally from road level, as it sped passed.

Malevolence directed by Marcus Thompson
My first venture into film making was as a Assistant to the Lighting Cameraman, Roger Eaton, and then Second Unit Cameraman and later Assistant Editor to Marcus Thompson, who wrote, directed and edited Malevolence. The whole two year process taught me so much and Marcus heavily encouraged me to go and make my first feature film Dark Summer.
